However, the actual thing that comes before us is that no one has control over mind and how can we really bring this idea of “Being in the Moment” into play.Of course, it’s not always simple to be present. It can be challenging to block out the chatter and focus entirely on the present moment because our minds are constantly buzzing with worry. However, you can develop more mindfulness and presence in your daily life with practice.
There are certain practices that being done can help to achieve the goal.
4. Slow down
Take a break from your hectic schedule and slow down. Enjoy a cup of tea, take a walk in nature, or simply sit and meditate. By slowing down, we’re able to fully immerse ourselves in the present moment.
5. Appreciate the little things
Take time to appreciate the small things in life, such as a beautiful sunset, a good book, or a delicious meal. By focusing on these small pleasures, we’re able to cultivate a sense of gratitude and joy in the present moment.
6. Let go of the past and future
Try to let go of your worries about the future and regrets about the past. Instead, focus on what you can do right now to make the most of the present moment.

I really appreciate this article! I, myself get caught up in work which leaves me no time to enjoy the small things such as the beautiful mountains that I see on my drive to school.
I think taking a pause once in a while would help me attain mental peace in my day to day life.
